Yesterday I decided to go ahead and make my annual graduation page. I started making a page every year that holds all of the graduation announcements I receive. Normally I receive 2-4. Last year I only received one. This year I ran above normal. What I do when I have a lot is crop announcements and pics and then start layering. I try and make sure that the important stuff is showing. I start feeling guilty for cutting up announcements and pictures but then I remind myself that if they aren’t in an album they will be in a box somewhere gathering dust and not ever being seen.
I really like how this page turned out. I did notice that one of the graduates names did not end up showing so I thought I would go add some alpha stickers to the top of her picture (or something). I just had a decorative page that I added a border sticker to. I trimmed and layered all of the announcements and pictures. One announcement had the saying, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed”. I cut that out and it ended up being placed over part of the border sticker. Page complete for the year.
Hope all is going well with you!
