Project Life Week 44

Hey friends,

The last few weeks have been a fun and crazy whirlwind.  Finally getting around to one of the weeks in Project Life.  I really do love how this method of scrapping reminds me of the big and little things in our life.  I don’t think I will be able to give it up.

The top right pic is of two of my geeky guys checking out and comparing phones.  (Ben got a new one).  The small pics are of another of the sticker pumpkins, a car I was behind at a stoplight that had a mini car in its back area (It looked funny), and Matthew in his spiderman costume getting ready to go to the children’s museum.  The bottom left pic is of Absey getting ready to go to the children’s museum.  She was wearing the Elsa costume.  The bottom right pic is of Absey and Tim being silly at the museum.

The top pics are of the kiddos at the children’s museum.  The bottom left pic is of Amber trying oysters for the first time at the after church picnic.  I have never had them (and don’t ever plan on it) and thought it would be fun to snap the shot.  The bottom right pic is of Ben edging for the first time.  Two of the small slots have thin wood journaling tags that I adhered to PL cards.

Well that is it for week 44.  Not many more weeks in this year.  (8!!!)

God bless!

  1. Looks like another busy week. Always doing something!! Did Amber like oysters? I tried them once, they was to slimy for me.

  2. Once a phone geek always a phone geek. New phones are too technical for me. Just let me pick up a phone and call someone okay? I don’t need to write a letter and I don’t need to know how to get to their house. This new inventions are starting to drive me crazy. ha I’m sure my parents thought the same thing with the type writers. There are some funny things on the road to see. Better than any road kill I’ve seen. I like looking at the bumper stickers. Some are so funny. Something to do at a red light. Glad the kids has such a fun Halloween. We had about thirty kids I guess. There were a lot of cute costumes. Lots of sugar highs going on about now. About the oysters, I tried clams. Don’t know if they are the same or not. We put them in a bread dressing and baked them in their shell. It was okay. Not something I would want all the time. This was while we lived in Rhode Island. Looks like Ben is becoming a gardner. Maybe hire him and Tim to keep the yard work up. Hope things work out for Ben and Amber with the job situation. I know they are anxious to get started. I like the cute little fall decorations. Falling leaves are so pretty. We have an avalanche in our yard. EJ will most likely mow over them. No bagging for us. Anyway, a week of exciting things at the Turner home. Whats up for next week?
