Project Life Week 4

Another week and another successful layout!  I love this new system.  It is so much fun to try and take different pics everyday.  I will get right to my layout.

The Winnie the Pooh picture I found on Facebook.  I love it but Brad thought it was kind of morbid.  It says,  “If you live to be 100, I hope to live to be 100 minus one day.  So I never have to live without you.”  I can’t imagine life without my husband – I love him so much.

The pictures are about:

– Going out to eat breakfast on Friday before Brad went to work.

– Having a co-worker over for dinner and a movie.

– Dad and son haircuts.

– Trying to get my scrapbook room back under control.

– Freezing rain and Brad and Tim getting to miss work/school.

One of the small cards was actually the invitation Tim received to go to a “snowball fight”.  The snow was the leftover shavings from an ice company.  Local churches combined forces and hosted this event for middle/high school students in our area.  Tim had a good time but he did come home with a purple eye.  You can kind of see it in the haircut picture.

I hope your weekend is fabulous!  And I hope ours is warmer!

God bless you and all your accomplishments!

  1. Another fun week in the life of the Turner Family. Eating out is always a neat thing to do together. Trying different restaurants and food. Every man and son need to bond over a good haircut. Glad Brad is making friends where he works. Always good to do. Cold weather is on the way here. I dread it. I bet it was pretty hard for you all to take. Since moving South, you’ve got a little used to the warm weather. Shocking to you but more to the people who lived there all their lives. Brad and Tim i’m sure enjoyed their day off. Being forced to stay inside by the weather can lead to good things. Clearing out your room and me getting some much needed house work done. Sounds like you had a good week. Is everyone getting a little leering with you and the “quick finger on the camera” shots? Fun for all of us to see.

    • Yes, Tim has said he doesn’t like this new project. Too, bad. Tried to sneak up and take his picture during piano lessons. The flash gave me away. I think the teacher (and Tim) were kind of irritated. The shot didn’t turn out, either. 🙁

  2. I love the Winnie sayings. Guess it’s a girl thing. Hope Tim’s eye gets better. Probably hurt quite a bit. Snow ball fights is not one of my favorite things to do. I still can’t believe the weather you all got. I don’t watch the news much so I didn’t even know about it. Looking on facebook and seeing Jodie’s comments. Also, EJ said Brad called and said he was getting a day off. So glad all my kids got home safe and sound.

  3. I’ve heard that quote before.I really like Project Life, It;s neat to see what you did during the week. I haven’t scrapbooked for a while, Been busy cleaning closets and work and trying to stay warm. I;m so ready for spring.
